*Please Note: Students must be full-time to qualify for the student rate and a valid ID must be provided upon registering. The student rate does not include access to the Gala Event. Tickets may be purchased separately for that event.
**The Workshop (ONLY) fee allows individuals to attend a workshop without registering for the conference. A workshop discount is available to those attending the conference.
Registration Fees include
- Access to the Exposition, Plenary Sessions and all Breakout Sessions
- All conference materials (including speaker presentations from both the Plenary and Breakout sessions)
- All catering activities including the Welcome Reception, Continental Breakfasts (3), Lunches (2) and the Gala Event on Wednesday evening
Registration Policies
- In order to qualify for discounted registration fees, your payment must be received at Registration Headquarters on or before the deadline date listed above.
- Full refunds, less a $100 processing fee per attendee, will be given to cancellations received in writing prior to July 2. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions from the same company may be made at any time.
